Walking Meditation

Beth Hopwood (Yodron) will be organizing and leading a Buddhist walking meditation at the Kayenta Labyrinth once a month, beginning in March. She took refuge on April 13th of 2018, completing the preliminary practices and ceremony that are central to becoming a Buddhist. I am happy to support her as she develops this practice. It’s an open invitation to anyone who would like to join in.

Walking meditation is a beautiful practice that combines silence and mindfulness within the beauty of the desert landscape. We cannot really live in either the past or the future. This very moment is really all that we have. We are so very fortunate to have such a beautiful labyrinth right here, it sounds like a lovely idea. I look forward to watching it unfold and flourish.

Current Dates: Saturdays @ 3 pm: March 21st, April 25th, May 16th

Where: The Desert Rose Labyrinth, Kayenta Parkway, Ivins, UT

Many Blessings to All of You!
